I will not be held responsible for minor blemishes that may occur during shipping. This is a living plant taking a remarkably long trip in the mail and mail carriers aren't always easy on packages. I am not responsible for packages mishandled by the shipping department. Purchasing plants and getting them delivered is always a risk involved.
